Exterior in Concord North Carolina

As you can see, the exterior was in rough shape, with what was left of an old balcony, broken down siding and desperately in need of a redo.

We put Hardy Board on the second floor, removed the old balcony plate and door. We removed the old crawl space door and re-did the brick wall. Then we painted the house a vibrant new blue.
