This was a complete tear down of a 125 square foot room into a bathroom. It is mostly an en suite, but we moved the door so there is direct access to the bedroom, and you don’t have to walk through the bathroom to get there. All the walls and ceiling were replaced with proper purple board, new plumbing and electric were run and the room was made to shine. We did a large renovation on a school in North Carolina. The job was extensive and included entryways, classrooms, exterior, custom woodwork and more. Commercial jobs are never too big for Gio Renos. This school came out beautiful and is a great example of the care and reliability we bring to every job. This is the type of job that absolutely cannot go over time or over budget. The kids return on a specific date, and this large job had to be completed before them. Viola!

This is a brand new deck in Shelby, North Carolina. We built a new twenty foot by twenty foot deck. We build up the land around it so it was not required to have rails and balusters. The pergola was a nice finishing touch. We’d love to say we built it from scratch, but we just put it together and attached it to the new deck. All in all, it came out amazing and the owners were ecstatic. We look forward to returning to stain the deck as soon as the wood dries out enough for the stain to grab…

As you can see, the exterior was in rough shape, with what was left of an old balcony, broken down siding and desperately in need of a redo. We put Hardy Board on the second floor, removed the old balcony plate and door. We removed the old crawl space door and re-did the brick wall. Then we painted the house a vibrant new blue.
